Cancellation Policy

開始24時間前までシステムより日時変更（リスケ）可能です。それ以降の変更は補填レッスンご希望の日程を用意して別途ご連絡ください。 午前9時から午後8時までの受付となりますのでご承知おき下さい。（システムは24時間稼働しております） ＊ご予約時とは別の講師が担当する場合がございます。 You can reschedule your appointment through our system up to 24 hours in advance. For changes within 24 hours of the scheduled start, please propose an alternative date for a replacement lesson and contact us separately. Our reception is open from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. (The system operates 24 hours a day.) Please note that a different instructor from the one originally booked may conduct your lesson.
